Building 3qar.co: Why We Built Our Own Real Estate Platform

Most software studios talk about the systems they could build for you. We'd rather show you one we actually built and use ourselves. 3qar.co is a live, bilingual real estate marketplace and property management platform, built and operated by BaioByte, not a client, not a demo.

Why we built it instead of just pitching it

We could write a landing page claiming we understand real estate software. Instead we built a real one, put it live, and use it the same way a brokerage or developer would: real property listings, real leads, real day-to-day management. If a real estate team asks what a system like this actually looks like, we can show them, not describe it.

What 3qar.co actually does

On the public side, 3qar.co is a searchable property marketplace: buyers and renters filter by type, city, zone, bedrooms, and bathrooms, and browse listings from both individual properties and larger developer projects. Developers get their own profile pages, projects get their own listings, and every inquiry runs through a contact form tied to a real office and a real address in Alexandria.

Behind that public marketplace is the part that actually matters for a growing brokerage: the admin side. A property management dashboard tracks every listing through a draft-to-published workflow, distinguishes standalone units from multi-unit developer projects, and keeps beds, baths, price, and status in one table instead of scattered across spreadsheets.

The lead problem, solved the boring way

Every inquiry that comes through the site lands in a lead CRM: phone number, client name, when they were first seen, when they were last seen, with one-tap call and message actions. No lead sits buried in a chat thread waiting for someone to notice it. It's not flashy. It's the exact problem we describe on our real estate systems page, solved for our own use first.

Still early, still honest about it

3qar.co is early. It's not a claim that we've solved real estate software for all of Egypt, it's proof of the kind of system we build when we build one for ourselves. That's the whole point of showing it instead of just describing it.

If you're a real estate team wondering what a real system looks like instead of a spreadsheet, go look at 3qar.co directly. It's live, not a mockup.
